RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Vishal Chaudhary – Cleaning Supplies
ABN: 79 368 895 639

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions that apply to returns, refunds, exchanges and faulty products purchased from our store.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cleaning chemicals, soaps, detergents, liquids and other consumable cleaning products cannot normally be returned for change of mind.

Change-of-mind return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective or if you receive an incorrect product.

We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by this policy. Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the applicable repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return has been received and assessed, approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

RETURN ADDRESS

Please contact us before returning any product so that return instructions can be provided.
